Onsite Maintenance Contracts
Ongoing onsite repair and support service covers labour and replacement of failed computer components. Software support and assistance with reloading and (where possible) data recovery.
Our telephone help line is available from 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday. Overnight and weekend onsite repairs can be arranged so as to minimise disruption to you.
Our onsite service is provided on a nominal 24 hour weekday response time, but we will endevour to attend those urgent call-outs on a same day basis. We can collect a PC for repair overnight.
Cover also includes support of interconnecting cabling, networking and liaising with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and other equipment and service vendors.
